✧ Shipping
All packages have tracking numbers by default.
We will be shipping internationally from Metro Manila, Philippines.
We are shipping to all countries but countries on EMBARGO (suspended services due to war, calamities, etc. — Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Russia, Syria, and Ukraine). This does not apply to digital items.
Due to EU VAT rules, all shipments sent to the EU will be subject to VAT upon arrival and should be covered by the customer. We will not be responsible for paying any VAT fee as we are not collecting VAT at purchase point. The same applies to UK!
Please also take note that our logistics partner is very dependent on the destination postal authority affecting service quality for your international mail.
You are fully responsible for any taxes, custom fees, or duties that may come up from your package. If you have any issues regarding customs policies in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

All sales for Yokai Impact are final once shipped out!
We will NOT refund orders once they are shipped.
We are NOT liable for any damages to your items made by the postal service/couriers/external parties!
If you'd like to refund your order before it ships, contact us via email with your order number. Refunds will also only be given in the even of a stock miscount.
*Keep in mind that if you were to request a refund, we cannot provide a full refund due to paypal transaction fees.

If you'd like to update your shipping details, please contact us via email immediately as orders will be shipped out very soon after the leftover sale.
Address changes submitted after the leftover sale ends (May 16 2024, 00:00 GMT+8) will not be accepted.
As such, we are NOT responsible for any misdelivered packages due to failure to update us on address changes or if the address given was incorrect.

Returns are highly uncertain for us due to how our logistics partner works, but should a package be returned, we will notify you via email and reship the package at your discretion. Your returned packaged will not be reshipped or refunded unless you pay for the shipping costs of the second delivery attempt.
For replacements, a new parcel can only be provided if Yokai Impact has remaining stock available. Please contact us within 1-2 months of receipt if there are any issues with your order.
We are NOT responsible for any items damaged by the postal service/couriers/external parties! In situations you receive them severely damaged (ex. package arrived waterlogged), don't hesitate to contact yokai impact via email with photo/video evidence and your order number.
